„Für 3 Tage OK.

Schöne Aussicht, schöne Anlage und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Badezimmer war teilweise renoviert.

Die Entfernungsangaben sind irreführend. Bis ins Zentrum Portoferraio sind es ca. 7 km. 10 Minuten zum Strand allenfalls mit dem Auto, die Busstation ist bereits 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Terrasse war schlecht gereinigt, die Möbel verschmutzt. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht, aber vielleicht ist das für Elba normal.

„Elba ist auf jedenfall eine Reise wert, aber nicht in dieser Unterkunft. Hier muss viel renoviert werden.

Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmerreinigung! Parkplätze vorhanden.

Ausstattung derZimmer ist alt und abgewohnt- auf keinen Fall ein 4 Sterne Resort! Duschen in der Badewanne war lebensgefährlich. Alles viel zu eng und uralt. Frühstück ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die erste Woche kein Obst, dann Ananas und Pfirsich aus der Dose, absolut keine Abwechslung. Kiwi waren unreif und Brötchen steinhart. Die Auffahrt zum Resort war ein Abenteuer - Schlaglöcher ohne Ende.

„Die Insel Elba werden wir wieder besuchen, aber das Hotel nicht mehr.

Der Swimmingpool, der Whirlpool, der Billardtisch und die Aussicht.

Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten für 400 € die Nacht ein Luxus Zimmer gebucht, so wie es bei Booking auch abgebildet war, bekommen haben wir ein Motel Zimmer mit Ameisen inklusive. Beim Frühstück fehlte jegliche Abwechslung und Kreation. der bestellte Kaffee, kam meistens erst, wenn das Frühstück vorbei war. Verstörend war auch, dass man sich einen Tisch reservieren lassen muss, um einen Platz zu erhalten. Das Zimmer wäre allenfalls für die Unterbringung von Handwerkern oder Mitarbeitern geeignet. Null Sterne!

Die Lage war gut, jedoch steile und holprige Auffahrt. (Nicht geeignet für tiefere Autos) Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Frühstück war ok. Guter Kühlschrank+ Gefrierfach Genügend Parkplatz vorhanden

Anlage selbst wäre zu pflegen.... (sehr alt und nicht gepflegt) Zimmer sehr alt und zum Teil schmutzig und klein, Dusche winzig (max. 80kg Person) Küche vorhanden, jedoch nicht nutzbar (Messer rostig und Geschirr schmutzig) Personal war eher unprofessionell und nicht lösungsorientiert. Kein fixer Frühstückstisch (mussten uns oft umsetzen) So gut wie kein Empfang im Resort und W-LAN war teilweise schlecht. Man bekam mit, dass viele Gäste nicht zufrieden waren. Meiner Meinung nach entspricht dieses Hotel keinen 4 Sternen Potenzial vorhanden, jedoch schade dass in dieses Resort keine Liebe gesteckt wird... Und auf magische Weise verschwinden immer wieder schlechte Rezensionen

„Enttäuschend

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Hoch gelegen mit Blick auf das Meer und Berge. Es ist ruhig, weitab vom üblichen Trubel in Italienischen Städten. Ein schöner Platz zum Entspannen. Wer allerdings typisch Italienisches „Dolce Vita“ erwartet, wird enttäuscht sein.

Wir hatten die Zimmer für einen Kurzaufenthalt auf Elba für eine Nacht gebucht. Wir hatten anhand der Beschreibung in Booking.com allerdings etwas mehr erwartet, was die Ausstattung des Hotels angeht. Man kann zu Fuß den nahen Ort zwar erreichen, aber mit keinem Wort wird erwähnt, dass hierzu eine extreme Steigung überwunden werden muss. Zu Fuß extrem anstrengend, selbst Fahrzeuge, die nicht wie unser Auto über einen Allradantrieb verfügen, dürften bei schlechten Witterungsbedingungen Schwierigkeiten mit der Steigung haben. Das Hotel selbst bietet außer dem schmalen Wellnessangebot und dem Pool keine Unterhaltungsangebote. Die Zimmer sind für italienische Verhältnisse okay, haben keinen besonderen Charme und waren nur mäßig sauber. Klebrige Staubansammlungen in den Ecken und schimmelige Silikondichtungen in der Dusche. Sie entsprachen jedenfalls nicht den Fotos. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer und ein Standard Zimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer lagen wunschgemäß direkt nebeneinander, waren aber, außer im Preis, nicht von einander zu unterscheiden. Wenn in den darüber liegenden Zimmern geduscht oder die Toilette benutzt wird, ist dies deutlich zu hören. Das teils sehr junge Servicepersonal war freundlich und bemüht, aber unprofessionell. Beim Essen hatte man den Eindruck, dass die Gäste schnellstmöglich abgefüttert werden sollen, damit zügig Feierabend gemacht werden kann. Nach dem Essen, das gut war, waren auch die „Stammgäste“ alle verschwunden. Die Hotelbar hatte keine Aha-Erlebnisse zu bieten, selbst ein einfacher Cuba libre, war eine Herausforderung für die Servicekraft. Alles in Allem mehr Schein als Sein und schmackhafter beschrieben, als es tatsächlich ist. Wenn ich dem glauben schenken kann, dass wir die Zimmer auch noch zu einem günstigeren Preis bekommen haben, wäre der Regelpreis jedenfalls als unangemessen zu bewerten. Für mehr als eine Nacht würde ich das Angebot nicht annehmen.

Atención Excelente y NO es un 4 estrellas 2 o 3

Me gustó la atención realmente excelente y el paisaje .. lo que es falso q sea 4 estrellas más que nada por las habitaciones que no cumplen bajo ningún concepto un 4 estrellas y el hotel no es apto para personas con poca movilidad ya que no posee rampa , si o si hay que subir escalera y no tiene absolutamente nada para la ayuda para un discapacitado o bien con problemas de movilidad

Es falso q sea 4 estrellas más que nada por las habitaciones que no cumplen bajo ningún concepto un 4 estrellas y booking engaña a sus clientes ya que ser cliente Genius es la misma nada no te ayudan y no se hacen cargo de nada . El hotel no es apto para personas con poca movilidad ya que no posee rampa , si o si hay que subir escalera y no tiene absolutamente nada para la ayuda para un discapacitado o bien con problemas de movilidad , la habitación será 2 o 3 estrellas .

Fairly decent accommodation in the hills above Portoferraio, it has its best days behind it, but still is quite OK. It has a very nice and quite large pool, with deep end (3m), so you could jump in there as much as you want. There was also a tennis court. The view of the city is quite nice from the hills above it.

The rooms very quite small, and the bunk bed did not have the protective railing installed, so we were afraid whoever slept on the upper one could fall down during the night. The road to the place is a bit of an adventure (very low quality road from one side, outright forest path more suitable for SUVs from the other).

The price is very high. It looks like a student trip hotel.

Location. We were always 15/20 minutes from the ferry, the best beaches, and the main towns.

It doesn't deserve 4 stars. Management just needs to read the comments and start making small changes to improve the service without much cost. Starting with breakfast. Elba has lots of local products, agriculture, etc. The breakfast here is only processed products. The rooms are old, they need renovation. But it's cosmetic... painting, etc. - the towels and bed linens are okay, and the equipment is fine. We asked for a double bed and got two single beds pushed together where one mattress is higher than the other... These are details, but the price they charge is high for what they offer. Looks outdated.

Le personnel est sympathique mais un peu dépourvu en cas de problème. La localisation entre Portoferrai et Porto Azzurro permet de découvrir pas mal de site.

Très vetuste , peu de rénovations. Salle de restaurant sombre et chaude. L'expérience du repas du soir fut catastrophe. 2h30 pour un résultat décevant, Après un buffet d'antipasti bien fourni et varié, l'attente fut très longue pour un primi de pâtes al vongole, froid. Le secondi prévu au menu était épuisé quand notre tour fut venu.
